Data Vetra processes

Vetra processes the Google account identity used to sign in and the profile, goals, programme, workouts, training and endurance history, measurements, chosen photos, recovery and readiness context, nutrition entries, notes, coaching decisions and outcomes, consent records, continuity records and exports created through the app.

Optional Firebase Analytics is off until the applicable consent is recorded. Permitted events use bounded categories and do not deliberately include email addresses, raw Firebase UIDs, free text, health answers, training payloads or exported content.

Vetra uses Google Play for distribution and billing, Google authentication, and Firebase/Google Cloud for account identity, cloud storage, continuity, export, deletion, abuse protection, analytics and operational processing. Google processes billing and provider security records under its own terms.

Vetra does not sell personal data, give advertisers access to private athlete data, use deleted-user remnants for advertising, or use deletion evidence for coaching, restoration, programme generation, marketing or profiling.

Account deletion

The reviewed Vetra deletion process first blocks normal account use and new owner processing. It then deletes the Vetra account profile, programme and training history, longitudinal continuity, subject bindings, Storage exports, derived athlete intelligence, Firebase Auth identity and local Vetra user content.

After successful completion, Vetra retains only minimal pseudonymous deletion, integrity and security evidence for no more than 30 days. Provider-required security and audit logs may remain for the provider's configured retention.

The secure no-install route is published at longtitudinal-systems-prod.web.app/account-deletion. It authenticates the existing Google/Firebase account and uses the same trusted deletion authority as the Android app.
