Eligibility

Vetra is intended for users aged 18 and over.

Purpose of Vetra

Vetra is an app for training, measurement, programme structure, recovery context, nutrition awareness and longitudinal performance understanding. It provides informational training guidance and organisational tools.

No medical advice

Vetra does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, clinical monitoring or emergency support. Training, nutrition, recovery and readiness guidance is general information only.

User responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether to exercise, selecting appropriate loads and movements, using safe technique, checking your environment and stopping when needed.

Subscriptions and billing

Full Lab Access and related subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes and payment methods for purchases made through Google Play are managed through Google Play. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer. Premium access does not guarantee fitness, health, performance, body composition or competition outcomes.

Acceptable use and availability

Use Vetra for lawful personal training and performance tracking only. The app, features, premium access, wording and legal notices may change as the product develops.

Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetra and its operator are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, data loss, missed progress, inaccurate estimates, interrupted access or decisions you make from using the app.

Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
