Tracking remains an essential input to Performance Navigation.
Overlapping, not opposing.
Performance Navigation does not make activity records, measurements or summaries obsolete. Those records provide evidence. The distinction is what happens when relevant evidence is retained and considered as part of an athlete's developing history.
From archive to context.
A tracker can preserve the facts of a session. Performance Navigation aims to connect those facts with the athlete's previous training, reflection, recovery, changing capacity and later outcomes, while keeping uncertainty visible.
Why Vetra uses this approach.
Vetra supports athletes whose training crosses strength, endurance and recovery. Its current product records and organises that work; its longer-term direction is to make accumulated individual evidence progressively more useful for training decisions.
